If I didn't know better, I'd say I just watched a movie out of the golden age of Hollywood.
I can see modern audiences finding it boring as snappy banter and Keystone Cops antics really are a thing of the past.

Saturday night, Ric Flair was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Sunday night, he wrestled his last match at Wrestlemania 24.
Monday night, WWE gave him the classiest send off I have ever seen for a pro wrestler.
Growing up watching both the NWA and WWF, I never cared much for Hulk Hogan. Flair was my champion.

If you like the vibe from TV's Pushing Daisies then this is the movie for you!
Christina Ricci plays Penelope, who do to a Gypsy curse, is born with a pig's snout and ears. The only way to break the curse? Marry an old world blue blood. The catch? No suitor can get past her appearance.
Don't let the thought of Ricci with a pig nose turn you off of this movie. Like Enchanted, this is a near-perfect modern day fairy tale.
